Twenty-five community members recently completed the Leadership Eugene-Springfield program. Leadership Eugene-Springfield, sponsored jointly by the Eugene and Springfield chambers of commerce, trains volunteer leaders who:

Will possess leadership skills.
Are knowledgeable about the communities and themselves.
Are connected and involved in the community.
Are motivated to take action.
